The firm was originally created in 1967 by partnership of Wayne Rauch, George Weaver, and Joseph Millsaps. In 1999, the company changed its name from Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. to NAI Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz & Co. The name change reflects the names of Lloyd Norfleet and Kenneth Kurtz, who have been stockholders and active brokers of the company for many years, and the desire of Wayne Rauch and Joseph Millsaps taking lesser roles in the company operations and being elected as Directors Emeritus.

In addition to the three stockholders, George Weaver, Lloyd Norfleet and Kenneth Kurtz, the firm is comprised of over thirty sales associates specializing in different facets of commercial / industrial real estate.
