SCANSHIP AMERICAS, INC. TO RELOCATE TO MIAMI LAKES

Miami Lakes, FL-March 14, 2005:

Scanship Environmental is one of the world's largest suppliers of wet and dry waste treatment systems for Cruise ships and large passenger vessels. They operate in the oldest city in Norway, Tonsberg which is located south of Oslo.

Scanship Americas, Inc. runs the United States operations for Scanship Environmental to strengthen the after sale market and to improve the service availability to the local cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean International and Norwegian Cruise Line.

Scanship Americas, Inc. will relocate their local operations into 2,100 square feet located in the Miami Lakes Commerce Center at 5719 NW 158th Street, Miami Lakes, Florida 33014.
