Robert Norton and Scott Norton has sold their warehouse property totaling 4,983 square feet located at 4811 SW 28th Avenue, Dania Beach, Florida to Kerny Holding, LLC. The Buyer plans to occupy the property for its business purposes. Commercial Realtors Randy A. Rauch, Russ Greco, Frank Morrison, and John Marron all of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., Ft Lauderdale handled the purchase and sale. Sale price was $630,000 or $126.43 per square foot.
