Licensed since 1999, Mr. Kurtz joined the sales force of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. full time in 2002, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and industrial real estate.

Mr. Kurtz graduated from the University of Florida in 1995, with a Bachelor of Building Construction and a Minor in Business Administration. He is a Fort Lauderdale native with extensive knowledge of the community, and development experience and contacts, both local and regional.

Background & Experience
|
Mr. Kurtz’s background evolved from a family business active in commercial real estate development, management and retail site selection. His current real estate investment portfolio includes interests in several industrial, office, and retail properties.
Experience with Centex Construction Group includes local commercial construction and development projects such as the Broward County Convention Center, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Dania Bass Pro Shops, National Car Rental Center, and Mizner Park as well as regional projects such as Harrah’s Jazz Casino in New Orleans, The Meadowview Conference and Convention Center and the Marriott Hotel in Kingsport, Tennessee.
He then proceeded to help a small national retail chain in the site selection, acquisition, and development of multiple retail stores throughout Dade and Broward counties.
Next, he co-founded and managed a development company specializing in the conversion of multifamily apartments into condominiums in the Denver, Colorado market.
After many years of experience locally, regionally, and in the west, he has brought his professional experiences, insight, and extensive real estate development and investment knowledge home to NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. |
