In the commercial Real Estate arena, Ms. Fink has represented individual and institutional Landlords of commercial office and medical properties in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties as well as represented Tenants in their search for office space in South Florida. Since 1999, Ms. Fink has been responsible for over 325,000 square feet in leased and sold properties representing greater than $28 Million in gross sales value.
In 2003, Ms. Fink was honored with a finalist award from the South Florida Business Journal in the category of Existing Real Estate Lease-Office for completing one of the year's top office transactions in South Florida.

Ms. Fink received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida International University and succeeded this degree with a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1998.

She has been a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) since 2002 and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the years 2004-2006. Since 1999 she has been a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA) and actively participates in real estate related organizations throughout the year such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) to stay current on the market issues and concerns.
