Todd Friedman returned as an associate with NAI Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz & Co. in October 2008. Todd specializes in industrial and investment properties throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Todd has commercial as well as residential real estate investment experience in both the US and Costa Rica and obtained his initial Florida real estate license in June 2004.

Todd Friedman graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management.
He attended and graduated from a prep school in Pennsylvania, Mercersburg Academy, prior to attending West Point.

Todd possesses 20+ years of leadership and executive and entrepreneur experience in diverse industries from Fortune 5 to start-ups.
Todd has served as President/CEO, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and numerous executive and senior sales management positions in healthcare, technology, banking and other industries throughout the United States.
Aside from real estate in the US, since 1996, Todd has been actively involved in real estate investing in Costa Rica, one of the fastest growing markets in the world.
Todd served 16+ years in the US Army, active duty and reserves, and achieved the rank of Major. Todd’s specialties included government contracting, transportation/logistics and nuclear, biological and chemical warfare.
Todd currently competes in masters swimming and an accomplished background competing in water polo, swimming and triathlons. Past accomplishments include the successful completion of the Canadian Ironman (2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike and 26.2 mi run) and top level national and international water polo competitions.
