Mr. Scarpino brings over 24 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. in investment sales, land sales and leasing. Mr. Scarpino’s expertise in the disposition and repositioning of commercial properties in the South Florida marketplace has resulted in transactions exceeding $750 million. Catering to both institutional and private clients, Mr. Scarpino has represented some of the most recognized names within the commercial investment and development industries, including: AEW Capital Management, Lennar Corporation, MBL Life Assurance Corporation, Claridge Properties, Inc., First Union National Bank, Wachovia, World Savings Bank, Oriole Homes Corporation, Balcor, The Fidelity Mutual Insurance Company, ITT Hartford Insurance Company, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute, USF&G Realty Advisors, and Bank of America.

Background & Experience

| Prior to joining NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., Mr. Scarpino was associated with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate SFL, who had previously purchased Commercial Property Realty Advisors, LLC, a company Mr. Scarpino formed with several associates. He also completed a two year tenure at Cushman and Wakefield. Mr. Scarpino began his commercial real estate career at Colliers International South Florida, where he spent 14 years. He previously led both the retail division and the investment services group for Colliers, while being named top producer in three different years. His areas of specialization continue to be investment sales, land sales and office, industrial and retail leasing, and he continues to facilitate these types of transactions. His experience and expertise include numerous commercial investment, sale and leasing transactions in office, industrial, land, multifamily, retail, golf course and distressed properties. |
