Mr. Rauch is a past President of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. and has been active in the real estate profession for over 30 years. He specializes in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, property leasing, portfolio strategy, value analysis, and consultation in the industrial and commercial real estate sector. His skills include landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation, investment sales, financial analysis, feasibility studies and negotiations. As past president, Mr. Rauch had been a driving force behind the growth of the company making the company one of the largest commercial/ industrial brokerage house's in South Florida.
A native of Fort Lauderdale and a second generation in the real estate business, Mr. Rauch sees the company's tradition of honesty and hard work as being primary elements of a successful business organization. Mr. Rauch emphasizes “these values lend themselves to exemplify integrity, longevity, consistency and service in the real estate brokerage business”.

| Professionally, since 1988 he has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a division of the National Association of Realtors, and is a candidate for the designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is also a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors, an affiliation of the Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors. In addition, he is active in NAI Global (formerly New America International). NAI Global is an international network comprising of over 300 top real estate brokerage firms worldwide for which NAI Rauch Weave Norfleet Kurtz & Co. is the exclusive representative for the Broward County marketplace. In 1999, Mr. Rauch was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a finalist in the “Top Real Estate Deals” for that year. |
