Michael W. Rauch is an Investment Advisor and Retired Director of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. (RWNK), one of Florida's most widely respected independent commercial real estate firms currently celebrating its 42nd year in Broward County.
Michael’s core proficiencies include the identification, capital structure, due diligence, underwriting, private equity syndication, leasing/sale disposition, and property and asset management of investment grade commercial real estate using single-entity private equity partnerships and portfolio holding companies. He is a hands-on real estate executive having gained the respect of his peers and staff by consistently demonstrating a depth of management skills spanning the full commercial real estate investment cycle.
Mr. Rauch is an Executive Managing Partner of Zurich Capital Advisors, LLC and HRW Global Capital, LLC, providing private real estate trust syndication, equity investment services, and commercial property asset management services to high net worth investors. He has partnership interest in multiple commercial investment properties representing over 60± million in total asset value.
